Hi, I'm Lucas

I was once a high school track & field athlete that didn't know how or what I need to do to achieve my goal of running track in college. After high school I competed at the division 1 level for my 4 years of NCAA eligibility.

Throughout the years, I have work with some of the best T&F coaches at the NCAA level to come up with a system called the Next Level Blueprint.

This is the exact system I used and countless other T&F athletes have used to dominate their sport and make it to the NEXT LEVEL!

Now it is my mission to help high school track athletes achieve their goals of getting to the NEXT LEVEL.
